With a properly designed room, the user just presses "Start meeting" from the touch controller. No cables to connect, no audio to adjust, no need to call support. Getting the setup right from the start eliminates the most common problems.
A Zoom license is for personal, per-user use. Zoom Rooms is a license to equip a physical space as a permanent meeting room, with a touch controller and dedicated hardware. Both can coexist in the same organization.
Cynersis offers both options: it can manage only Zoom licensing if the client already has hardware, or design and implement a complete room from scratch, including equipment, installation, and configuration.
